Family allowance
Annually, the company recognizes workers who so request, from operators to managers, an economic allowance of up to a determined amount, which is increased annually according to the CPI, to be used to pay for nurseries, school supplies, books and uniforms, educational and personal projects of the worker or his basic family group.
