Terpel, the only private company in the hydrocarbons sector in the Merco talent ranking 2022

• The company climbed 6 positions in the overall Merco talent ranking, making it one of the top 30 companies in terms of attracting and retaining talent in Colombia.
• That recognition comes on top of Terpel's inclusion in 2022, for the sixth consecutive year, in the Sustainability Yearbook, which spotlights the world's most sustainable companies.

Terpel is the only private company from the oil and hydrocarbons distribution sector appearing in the Merco ranking of the companies best able to attract and retain talent in Colombia. The study assesses 10 information sources to look at issues such as job quality, employer brand, and internal reputation.

The company achieved position 28 in the overall ranking, rising six positions relative to 2021.

This recognition is on top of Terpel's inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook 2022 as one of the world's most outstanding companies in the retail sector in sustainable management, thanks to its best practices in economic, social, and environmental arenas.
